Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Doova website, mobile applications, products, services, content and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, downloading, creating an account for or using Doova Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Doova Services.

If you use Doova on behalf of a business, organization or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Doova Services

Doova provides a growing ecosystem of apps and tools designed for businesses, everyday work and personal use. Available Services may include business-management tools, utility apps, consumer apps, websites, support resources and custom app-development services.

We may add, change, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important changes when appropriate.

• Some features may be available only in certain apps, plans, regions or devices.
• Certain Services may require an account, payment or separate agreement.
• Feature availability may change as we improve the Doova ecosystem.

Accounts and User Responsibilities

Some Doova Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

• Keep your account credentials, passwords and verification codes confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, unless caused by Doova’s failure to maintain reasonable security.
• Do not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or organization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks or are used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Business Data and Content

Doova business apps may allow you to add, store, organize or manage information such as customer details, orders, invoices, expenses, inventory, payment records and other business-related content.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Doova (“Your Content”). You give Doova permission to process, store, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, use and store any information you add to Doova.
• You must obtain necessary permissions from customers, employees or other individuals whose information you enter into a Doova app.
• You are responsible for checking records, invoices, calculations, reports and business decisions made using the Services.
• Doova is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial or business advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Doova Services responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services in any way that could harm Doova, other users or third parties.

You must not:

• Break any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage or overload Doova Services.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, rent, lease, sell or redistribute Doova software except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar methods to access the Services without our written permission.
• Use Doova Services to send spam, malware, fraudulent messages or unauthorized marketing communications.

Subscriptions, Pricing and Payments

Some Doova apps, features or services may be offered for free, while others may require a paid subscription, one-time payment or custom business agreement.

• Pricing, plan features, billing cycles and payment terms will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges for your selected plan or service.
• Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date, where automatic renewal is offered.
• Prices may change in the future. We will provide notice where required before a price change affects an existing subscription.
• Taxes, bank fees, mobile-network fees or payment-processor charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and, where applicable, the rules of the platform through which you purchased a subscription.

Intellectual Property

Doova and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Services, including the Doova name, logo, software, design, text, graphics, features, trademarks and other intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, Doova grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

• You may not use Doova trademarks, logos or branding without prior written permission.
• You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Doova content except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
• Feedback, suggestions or ideas you send to Doova may be used by us without restriction or compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Services and Links

Doova Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, payment providers, app stores, integrations or services. These third-party services are not controlled by Doova.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, pricing or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Service Availability and Updates

We aim to keep Doova Services available, secure and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at every time and location.

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control.
• We may release updates, patches, new versions or feature changes.
• Some updates may be required for continued use of certain app features or for security reasons.

Disclaimers

Doova Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability or security.

You use Doova Services at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business, financial or personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doova, its founders, employees, partners, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Doova’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Doova for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Doova Services at any time. If you have an account, you may request account closure by contacting Doova or using available account controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, used the Services unlawfully or harmed other users, Doova or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise.

Before starting formal legal action, you agree to contact Doova and try to resolve the concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the place where Doova is legally established, subject to applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, business practices or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, email or another appropriate method. Your continued use of Doova Services after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
